Repairs & Return Shipping Policy

At The Crochet Room, I take great pride in the quality of my handmade items. However, I understand that sometimes things happen, and an item may need repair. Here’s how I handle repair requests:

Repair Requests

  • If your item requires repair due to a defect in craftsmanship within 30 days of delivery, please contact me with photos to assess the issue.
  • If the repair is needed due to normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse, I am happy to discuss possible repair options, but additional charges may apply.

Return Shipping for Repairs

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to me for repair. I recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as I am not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  • Repair Timeframe: Once I receive the item, I will provide an estimated timeframe for the repair. Repair times will vary based on the complexity of the fix.
  • Shipping Back to You: After the repair is complete, I will cover the cost of shipping the item back to you within the U.S.

Non-Repairable Items

  • If the item is beyond repair or would require a complete remake, I will notify you before proceeding with any work.
