Shipping & Delivery

At The Crochet Room, I take great care in ensuring your handmade items arrive safely and in a timely manner. Below, you’ll find details about my shipping process, timeframes, and policies.

Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items – Typically ship within 3-5 business days after payment is received.
  • Ready-to-Ship Items with Color Customization – If you choose a color variation of a ready-to-ship item, it will need to be crafted before shipping. Please allow additional time for production. I will provide an estimated timeframe when your order is placed.
  • Custom Orders (Graphgans & Afghans) – Since these are made-to-order, the processing time varies. I will provide an estimated completion and shipping timeframe when your order is placed.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • All orders are shipped via [USPS, UPS, or FedEx], depending on the most efficient and cost-effective option.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the item’s weight, size, and destination.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time Estimates

  • U.S. Orders – Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
  • International Orders – At this time, I only ship within the U.S.

Custom Order Shipping Policy

  • No custom order will be shipped until final payment has been received.
  • I take great care in packaging each order, but once an item leaves my hands, I am not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

Local Pickup

  • If you’re local and would like to arrange for a pickup instead of shipping, please contact me to discuss options.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please check your tracking information first.
  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can determine the next steps.
