1. Personal, Made-to-Order Experience
The Crochet Room is a small, handcrafted business that values personal connections and custom creations. Because each item is made with care and attention to detail, I do not operate a traditional shopping cart. Instead, all orders are placed through direct communication, ensuring that you get a truly one-of-a-kind piece.
2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom and handmade nature of my work, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds or exchanges, so please be certain of your order before finalizing.
3. No Returns or Refunds
Since each item is crafted with precision, I do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, I stand behind my work, and if there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it.
4. Quality Assurance & Damaged Items
I take great care in ensuring that each item meets my high standards before it leaves The Crochet Room.
- Photos are taken prior to packaging to document condition before shipping.
- If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please reach out immediately with photos of the packaging and item so we can discuss a resolution.
- If there is an issue with craftsmanship, I will work with you to correct it.
5. Custom Orders & Pre-Sales
Custom orders are tailored specifically to you. Once a custom order is agreed upon and production begins, changes cannot be made. Any pre-sale items will be clearly noted, and production timelines will be communicated before purchase.
6. Shipping & Responsibility
Once an order is shipped, it is out of my hands and in the care of the postal service. If your package is delayed or lost, I can assist in filing a claim but cannot be held responsible for postal service issues.
7. Handmade Variations
Each item is uniquely handmade, meaning slight variations in color, size, and texture may occur. These are not flaws but a part of the charm and authenticity of handmade craftsmanship.
